3. Fees, Rates & APR
All fees, interest rates, and Annual Percentage Rates (APRs) are governed by California state law. Full rate and fee schedules are disclosed in writing before you sign any loan agreement and are also posted in-store, as required by the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI).
Late payments, returned checks, or non-payment may result in additional fees as disclosed in your loan agreement.
